Structural Rigidity: Xterra ERG500 Air Turbine Rower Complete Hardware Replacement Kit
Are you setting your rowing machine back up after a move, or trying to eliminate a frustrating wobble in the frame when you accelerate your stroke?
The Xterra ERG500 Air Turbine Rower is engineered to convert wind power into smooth, responsive resistance. Because rowing is a high-force, full-body movement, every stroke places immense structural tension on the frame joins. Over time, dynamic forces can cause the original assembly fasteners to loosen, bend, or go missing. Our Genuine OEM-Spec Xterra ERG500 Hardware Pack contains every high-tensile bolt, specialized washer, and structural nut needed to safely lock down the stabilizer legs, console mast, and aluminum slide rail for a perfectly rigid, rattle-free pull.
High-Tensile Structural Engineering
Using soft, generic hardware store fasteners can lead to dangerous thread stripping or catastrophic metal failure under the peak mechanical loads of a sprint row.
Grade 8 Hardened Steel Construction: Every primary structural bolt is heat-treated to safely absorb the repetitive, localized shear stress generated by a 300-lb user capacity.
Vibration-Resistant Nylon Hex Nuts: Features high-quality nylon-insert lock nuts (Nyloc) for the primary stabilizer pins, ensuring the frame won't slowly wiggle loose during high-cadence workouts.
Contoured Curved Washers: Includes the specific curved radius washers essential for seating flat bolt heads cleanly against the round steel tubing of the front and rear base stabilizers.
Anti-Corrosive Coating: Black-oxide and zinc-plated treatments shield the fastener heads from sweat and airborne moisture, preventing rust seizure.
What’s Included in the ERG500 Pack?
This comprehensive kit replaces the factory assembly pack completely, broken down by assembly zone:
Front Stabilizer Assembly: High-tensile carriage/socket bolts, matching curved washers, and nylon lock nuts to secure the front wheels and ground stabilizer to the main turbine housing.
Rear Stabilizer & Slide Rail Hardware: Heavy-duty hex bolts and flat washers used to clamp the rear foot securely to the trailing edge of the aluminum dual-slide track.
Rail-to-Frame Connection Kit: The multi-bolt plate hardware required to mate the structural aluminum slide rail back to the main flywheel chassis.
Console Mast & Bracket Fasteners: Smaller, specialized button-head screws and washers designed to mount the pivoting 3.5" LCD console arm without pinching the internal sensor wire.
Seat Stop Limit Pads & Screws: Replacement impact-cushioning rubber bumper pads and self-tapping screws to prevent the contoured seat rollers from traveling off the rail.
Assembly & Safety Pro-Tips
The Hand-Thread Rule: Always start the threads of every single bolt by hand for 3 to 4 full turns before using any tools. This protects the internal threads welded inside the rower's steel frame tubes from cross-threading.
The Electronic Wire Pass: When attaching the console bracket hardware to the main frame trunk, look down into the tube. Ensure the delicate console-to-sensor wire data harness is tucked completely into the hollow recess and is not caught between the metal plates before tightening the main pivot bolt.
The Lock-Nut Check: When tightening a nylon lock nut, ensure that at least 1 to 2 threads of the bolt protrude out past the plastic ring of the nut to confirm the locking mechanism has fully engaged.
Restore a rock-solid pull to your rowing deck.
